Maintenance and Service Policies

All of our products have a recommended servicing schedule.
Once installed you will be given full particulars of all necessary service requirements and intervals, and you
will be contacted in advance when
one of our service teams visits your premises.

A comprehensive sanitisation service will be carried out a minimum of every 6 months which will involve flushing the contact points, taps and tanks with a food grade sterilising fluid.

Filters supplied will be changed a minimum of every 6 months.

All Cool Coolers staff are trained and certificated to hygiene standards approved by the EPDWA (European Point of Use Drinking Water Association).
